For Immediate Release:
Fern Baker joins the Haym Salomon Center
Highly regarded Israel advocate to serve as Vice President of Development
Northbrook, Illinois – The Haym Salomon Center, a news and public policy group, is pleased to announce that longtime Israel advocate and nonprofit organization professional Fern Baker has joined the HSC team as Vice President of Development.
Fern has had a storied career combating anti-Semitism and advocating for the Jewish state. She recently served as Vice President, heading the North American office for the Herzl Institute in Jerusalem. Previously, she was Midwest Director of the Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America (CAMERA).
“The Haym Salomon Center is an impactful and expanding organization that has taken over the journalism reins, exposing new and diverse audiences to the realities of anti-Semitism, hatred toward Israel, the truth behind BDS lies and atrocities committed against minorities in the Middle East,” explained Baker. “I’m delighted to be part of this amazing group of journalists and policy analysts, and I look forward to helping ensure that this important work goes from strength to strength.”
“With anti-Semitism at levels similar to 1930’s Europe, I believe my work advocating for Israel and combating anti-Semitism has never been more important. I am asking supporters of the Jewish state to include support for the Haym Salomon Center with donations and introductions to individuals who care about the family of nations, Western civilization and exposing hate wherever it rears its ugly head.”

The Haym Salomon Center is a 21st century news and public policy group that reports the stories and offers analysis that traditional media outlets often ignore. HSC offers fresh, well-researched writing from the perspective of some of the country’s sharpest minds. Our news reporting and editorials are presented to a larger and more diverse audience through publications and sources that don’t merely preach to the choir.
HSC holds governments, the press and activists accountable to the citizenry they serve. Our nonpartisan commitment to facts and truth is what distinguishes us from the glut of news outlets and individuals whose perspective is biased and whose concealed agenda is often anti-Semitic, anti-Israel, and quick to blame America first.
Seeking the truth – reporting the facts – offering solutions – and presenting them to the audience that needs to know. Salomon Center elucidates while others indoctrinate.
